Get Dataset Versions

Return the BackfillVersionFile entries for a dataset.

Each entry describes one published S3 file with its dimension map, bundle level, frequency, format, and compression.

Optionally filter by bundle_level (INDIVIDUAL, BUNDLE_DIMENSION, BUNDLE_ALL) and/or frequency (DAY, HOUR, etc.).
