Retrieves a list of the historical events for a specific financial ticker. Supports filtering by event type.

End date of the events to retrieve. If not provided, defaults to the current date.

Type of event to use in the event headlines feed. Options are Combined, Asset, Macro, Sector

Start date for the time range filter (YYYY-MM-DD format). If not provided, defaults to 7 days ago.
